Bloomberg reports that Apple has filed the necessary paperwork in the hopes of reversing a Tokyo judge's decision that Samsung's smartphones andtablets don't infringe on Apple's patents.
That decision, issued August 31, came just days after Apple won big over Samsung in its bristling initial U.S. case resistant to the company. The aftermath of that particular, that yet to genuinely shake out, puts Samsung for the hook for $1.05 billion in damages and threatens to ban a range of devices for sale in the Gucci Galaxy Note 2 case U.S., though rapid ejaculation also likely destined on an appeal.
